Description

Your Role at MOBE

As the Vice President Client Relationships and Sales, you will be responsible for revenue growth within health plans and large Self-Insured (SI) employers. You will develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve new customers, revenue and relationships. In addition, you will also be the point person for the rollout and expansion of the use of Sales Force mobile and portal. This will also include management of the pipeline of potential MOBE customers within health plans and large SI employers.

Responsibilities:



  • Create a sales strategy/business plan that supports MOBE's overarching corporate goals and strategies - diversify and grow revenue




  • Build strong customer relationships within your customer base of health plans and the HR/Benefits leadership within corporate SI employers




  • Develop creative and customized action plans for each account, delivering compelling customer value propositions and long-term objectives





  • Maximize revenue and margin goals, while staying within the allocated budgets




  • Research target opportunities, generate account leads, and build a robust pipeline




  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, priorities and pain points




  • Provide accurate sales forecasts




  • Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity with MOBE's offerings and future product pipelines





  • Increase awareness of MOBE's evolving strategies for expanding into new health arenas and technologies




  • Assure customer satisfaction and manage timely issue resolution




  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of market trends, industry challenges, major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologies




  • Assist with customer contract design and execution.




  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE's Guiding Principles






Position Requirements

Qualifications:


Required:


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 10+ years managing multiple projects/tasks to meet contractual deadlines or other time-sensitive commitments

  • Client services or related experience

  • Excellent collaboration, drive for results, and organizational excellence

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to interface and effectively present to senior management.

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to read and understand complex data and make thoughtful, articulate recommendations

  • Ability to translate analysis of data into a PowerPoint presentation

  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines, and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization and with external strategic partners

  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to influence course of action when others are directly accountable for outcomes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint



Preferred:


  • MBA

  • Experience servicing and selling to large and complex clients

  • Sales experience a plus
