What You'll Do

You Will Be Responsible For: Mechanical Assembly and Powder Coating

• Places parts in specified relationship to each other. Bolts, clips, screws, taps, presses or otherwise fastens parts together using supported portable air tools (tool balancers), power and hand tools.


• Operates various portable hand, power and air tools, i.e., screw drivers, wrenches, sockets, calipers, clamping devices, grinders, hand drills, belt sanders.


• Lifts unit parts from floor level or sub-assembly table to unit on the assembly line.


• Operates various portable hand, power and air tools, i.e., screw drivers,


• wrenches, sockets, calipers, clamping devices, grinders, hand drills, belt sanders.


• Inspects unit and parts for any defects.


• Prepares work pieces by sanding, masking/covering select holes, openings and areas with small rubber plugs and masking material


• Loading and Unloading of Parts


• Operates cone or nozzle-type electrostatic painting equipment to spray negatively charged paint particles onto positively charged work pieces; Inspects painted work pieces for runs, sags, and unpainted areas; cleans powder coating booth.

What We're Looking For

To Be Successful in the Role You Will Have:

Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities, required to perform the job will be considered.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.


• Some manufacturing experience preferred.

HOURS: All shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
