About this Opportunity
As an Associate Marketing Content Specialist, you'll create, update, maintain, and manage marketing content for universally-applicable content and content specific to the Americas (CAN, US, LAC) regionsin Herman Miller's database of customer-facing marketing content. You will promote the content database to Herman Miller project managers, cross-functional teams, field sales, and dealer teams.
What You'll Do

Help createan automation system for responding to customer questionnaires.
Conduct routine database maintenance.
Initiate and oversee the creation, development, review of, and updates tocustomer-facing content for use in sales presentations, bids, proposals, and other customer deliverables.
Maintain a library of regionally specific content, including regular record updates.
Partner with regional marketing leads to identify and prioritize content needs.
Promote the content database, conduct training webinars, and create self-help training tools.
Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to obtain information responsive to customer requests.
Work with internal partners to help them leverage the content database for responding to inquiries from internal and external partners.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

You might be just who we're looking for if you have . . .
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
One to three years of Herman Miller experience in project or product management or three to five years general business experience and project management experience.
Project management, time management, planning, and organizational skills.
The abiltiy to managemultiple international projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating and cooperating with employees at all levels within the organization.
Strong writing and editing abilities.
An attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy of tasks and processes to maintain consistent quality, and conduct thorough review and analysis of content.
Proficiencyin Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign (preferred).
Experience within marketing as part of a global organization.
Process oriented and driven.
The abiltiy to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
