Job Description Summary
We are looking for a team player who is ready to jump in operationally and help with the following main responsibilities; Focusing on analyzing business operations and reporting outcomes, aggregation of data, analysis and forecasting, budgeting and attrition. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power BI or another similar Business Intelligence software.
Responsibilities:
Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers.
Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives
Participate or lead process design, process implementation, or process improvement initiatives
Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects including review status of projects and budgets.
Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI with advanced Excel skills
Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
Demonstrated analytical andproblem-solvingabilities.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Preferred
Experience with DAX(Data Analysis Expressions) and R programming languages
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting and analytics
