Job Description:
Job Summary:We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to be part of the Accounting team at Tempur Sealy. The successful candidate will have an ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change; work effectively within cross-functional teams; and possess a strong set of communication skills.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
- Execute daily processing of Direct to Consumer receipts to ensure successful settlement, invoicing and payment posting
- Maintain accounts receivable aging's and reporting to help monitor customer balances and journal entries.
- Provide support for customer account reconciliations and perform payment data uploads
- Assist in implementing automation projects to promote better efficiencies and reduce manual transactions.
- Identify issues specific to customer deductions and work with appropriate resource to resolve.
- Aid in the testing of new programs, processes, and upgrades as necessary.
- Ensure that necessary tasks are completed timely in relationship to month end close.
- Perform backup functions for accounts receivable daily responsibilities and tasks.
- Complete special projects as required
