Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and facilitating the employment of qualified, competent staff for professional, non-clinical and managerial positions. Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention programs and develops procedures related to specific departmental and/or hospital-wide recruitment and retention programs. Represents the Hospital at recruitment and educational events. Coordinates temporary agency utilization.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.S./B.A. in health care or human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Four or more years of job-related experience.

Proficient in use of MS Office applications.

Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
