We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and talented individual to join our worldwide Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Financial Analyst supporting the Corporate Functions.In this role, you will work closely with various parts of the business, management, and the greater finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and monitor risk. You will become a trusted partner and key contact for various product development groups to provide insights, process updates, and drive best practices. You will prepare analyses for executive leadership to assist with effective resource allocation, capital investment, headcount planning, and performance tracking. Theability to influence and collaborate at varying levels is critical to success in this role.Our ideal candidate is a high performer with excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced challenging environment.

Your day to day


  • Act as a trusted financial business partner to senior management, proactively monitoring operational performance

  • Drives the budgeting and forecasting process, including headcount planning/reconciliations, analyzing data, and creating reports using Hyperion, Oracle, Essbase, Excel, and other tools

  • Operational and Capital project expenditure tracking and analysis

  • Drives the monthly close process - reviewing, identifying, gathering, and entering accrual and accounting adjustments, prepaids, etc

  • Prepare financial models for product and business case analysis to help drive decisions by working with multiple stakeholders across the company

  • Support various parts of the business on day to day Finance tasks, analysis, budget adherence and support

  • Contribute to broader group rollups and overall trend analysis

  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and cost saving initiatives

  • Additional financial support analysis and ad hoc tasks

What you bring to the team


  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA a plus

  • Ability to develop solid business partnerships

  • Ability to develop strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Highly motivated and self-directed with positive mentality assisting to reach the team and company's goals

  • Advanced and proficient Excel user

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent

  • Knowledge of financial tools (Oracle, Hyperion, and Essbase or equivalent) and understanding of accounting principles

  • Organized with attention to detail and a commitment to timely/deadline driven and accurate work

  • Excellent communicator and able to convey complicated information in a concise and meaningful way at all levels

  • Comfortable working with and presenting to senior staff

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between$95,000 to $120,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary could vary beyond this range based on your specific skills and experience. This is an incentive-based role.
