Position Summary



Working closely with local Human Resources partners, Hiring Managers, and the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for assigned CCT positions. The key success criteria for this role includes filling key open positions in a timely fashion with high-quality talent and finding creative ways to source high potential active and passive candidates in a tight labor market. This position will be located near one of our ITT facilities in Westminster, SC, Rockledge, FL or Orchard Park, NY. The Recruiter will be able to work remotely several days/week.

Essential Responsibilities

5 years' experience as a full cycle recruiter is required. Experienced recruiting in a Corporate manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of recruiting technical and/or hard to source positions required. Manufacturing recruitment experience is required. Must be highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Build and manage consultative relationships with candidates, HR Business Partners and hiring leaders across the US and Mexico
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies for the assigned role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies; builds high-impact pipelines of talent to meet hiring needs of a global manufacturing company including but not limited to: accounting/finance, marketing, operations, various engineering disciplines, skilled trades, IT, HR, quality, administrative, sales etc.
  • Consistently create an incredible candidate experience to drive positive employment brand awareness
  • Determine best approaches to discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, job boards, colleges and recruitment partnerships to deliver top-notch candidates in an efficient and effective manner
  • Track and report metrics to evaluate overall effectiveness of CCT's recruiting process, tools and systems
  • Manage ongoing relationships with recruiting-related vendors to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service.
  • Support Intern recruiting and interview process, as required

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in corporate and/or plant setting, focusing on industrial/manufacturing recruitment including skilled trades to professional management roles
  • Strong background as a recruiting generalist (sourcing all facets of a global organization including Operations, Engineering, Skilled Trades, Finance, IT, HR, Sales etc.)
  • Track record of success attracting professional-level talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with an ATS required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Power Point)
  • Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other related systems and tactics
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of US compliance/employment laws and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starter
  • Must be highly organized, able to work at a fast pace and change focus as needed
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
