About the job

Our Enterprise Innovation team, part of the Enterprise Strategy & Transformation group, is focused on stewarding our long-range innovation strategy and enabling our success through the ongoing transformation of our innovation system. By joining our Enterprise Innovation team, you will help us re-imagine our long-range innovation and portfolio prioritization approach, working closely with the supply chain, research & development and marketing teams to ensure we have prioritized portfolios across the enterprise that tie to our strategic ambitions. We are currently looking to hire an Associate Manager, based in either our White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO offices!

In this role, you will:

• Interface with supply chain, marketing/innovation and project managers on the details of innovation, productivity, sourcing and design projects to gather, analyze and visualize data leading to pipeline prioritization


• Conduct analyses to evaluate sufficiency, efficiency and balance of the overall pipeline, and assemble an ongoing pipeline health assessment


• Perform analyses to support resource allocation for transversal functions


• Participate in the development of long-range innovation frameworks to help identify and prioritize enterprise growth opportunities, including white space tied to our One Planet, One Health mission


• Develop and/or standardize innovation-related templates and tools used across the organization for greater efficiency, comparability, and transparency


• Track and analyze learnings from the stage-gate process (e.g., success rates after launch and why) to help the organization improve on its innovation outcomes

About you

• You will have a bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)


• You will have 3-5 years of professional experience


• You will have strong analytical and data visualization skills


• You will have strong mastery of Microsoft products, excel, PowerPoint, Word


• You will have a demonstrated ability to effectively interface and collaborate with counterparts across a matrixed organization


• You will ideally have experience working in, or interfacing with, value chain or productivity planning


• You will have the desire to develop a consumer-centric, innovation/strategy skill set


• You will be a problem solver, interested in driving organizational change


• You will be comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
