We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented senior program manager to drive global End User Services projects and requests. The role holder will oversee a small team of resources responsible for these activities as well as billing, invoicing and vendor management for end user products. A strong focus on metrics to drive solutions and activities will be needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The individual in this role will have a high level of interaction with organizations throughout the enterprise as well as 3rd party vendors. In this role the role holder will:

Project Management


  • Help to envision the holistic end user experience globally, developing and driving technology projects and requests to improve end user productivity.

  • Manage, track and drive the operational delivery of End User Services projects and requests including but not limited to

    • Programs focused on driving efficiencies and end user improvements associated with End User products such as printers, PC’s and mobile devices

    • Actions and issues raised during end user experience sessions

    • Activities associated with ensuring a secure computing environment

    • Onboarding programs for new hires and contractors




  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through closure, driving project success

  • Serve as the first point of contact between stakeholders and cross organizational teams

  • Create, execute, monitor and revise project plans to meet changing project requirements

  • Plan, prepare for and facilitate program status meetings;

  • Identify, manage and drive resolution of issues with cross organization resources

  • Manage project and end user services budget activities

  • Communicate progress by producing documentation and presentations for program/project team, broader organization and senior leadership.

  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

  • Ensure operational support activities are identified for all deliveries

  • Mentor team members and demonstrate leadership at all levels.

Budget and Billing Activities


  • Oversee analysts responsible for billing of end user services products

  • Develop and analyze reports and metrics, making recommendations for savings and streamlining improvements

  • Develop and ensure proper controls over end user products/expenses.

  • Work with 3rd party providers for end user products including telecommunications/voice, mobile devices, PC’s, printers and contract negotiations.

  • Develop standard/monthly reports for leadership showing trends

QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES:


  • 10+ years of experience leading and delivering projects/programs in organizations through change and transformation, driving and motivating teams to deliver and create a world class workplace experience.

  • Experience working with third party suppliers including overseeing financials/budgets, contracts, and SLAs.

  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills with a focus on the customer, at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience within Financial Services/Insurance is strongly desired

  • Must demonstrate an agile and flexible approach to work with a sense of urgency; adjusting approach as required as business needs evolve

  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence; solutions-oriented approach to problem solving

  • Experience overseeing strategic budgets, with proven experiencing driving efficiencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred or relevant work experience.

  • Strong leadership competence, with proven skills in managing change.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to build consensus and develop solid relationships.

  • Proven communication skills; both written and verbal with technical and non-technical staff.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing several large enterprise programs of various types.

  • Demonstrated career progression from business systems analysis to Project Management to Program Management.
