Kastle is seeking a top notch Administrative Assistant - Sales who will be responsible for the overall day to day administrative function of the Sales department. Reporting to the Sales Coach, the Sales Support Administrative Assistant works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
This position is temporarily remote with plans to return to our Falls Church, VA office.
Works closely with and supports Sr. Director, Sales Coach and sales reps, as requested by Sales Coach
Assist with ongoing process improvement between departments
Offer CPQ quote/proposal support to new sales reps
Produce requested CRM sales reports for Sales Coach
Assist with on-going administration of New Sales Training Class, Quarterly National Call Days, and administration & production of Annual Sales Kickoff Meeting.
Track and provide calendar invitations for Sales Progress Reports.
Provide CRM support to new sales reps.
Special Projects, as requested by Sr. Sales Coach
Report and work with Marketing on sales related projects
Bachelor's degree preferred
Sales Administrative experience a plus
Professional, polished in appearance and able to communicate in a detailed and articulate manner
Extremely detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) or ability to learn quickly
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Ability to accurately prioritize workload
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
Experience with sales force automation systems/CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Other Eligibility Requirements
Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.
Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.
Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver's license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.
