The position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of various HR department activities. The position provides excellent customer service to our associates. Provides current and new associates information on benefits.

Position Key Accountabilities:


  • Assist in full-cycle recruiting for the entire organization. Help identify prospective employees to ensure they are aligned with the companies Servant Leadership values; Responsible for posting positions, screening, interviewing & recommending the proper candidate.

  • Assist in administering our Time & Attendance system (Kronos)

  • Conduct new hire orientation each week.

  • Responsible for entering and set up of all new employees into the HRIS systems (ADP) including employee records electronic file maintenance.


  • Assist in the coordination of company events

  • Assist department with process improvements.

  • Provide backup coverage for HR Department.

  • Provide backup coverage for the receptionist.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

This position requires knowledge of human resources principles and practices, experience with an HRIS database (preferably with ADP systems), and effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

Education:

Required: High School Diploma or GED

Desired: Associate's degree with an emphasis in human resources is preferred.

  • Flexibility to adjust to priorities that may change rapidly depending on customer needs.

  • Superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
