About the Role:
We're looking for a senior marketing manager to own strategy, planning, and execution for all of our Video focused channels, inclusive of TV, OTT, CTV, Youtube. This role will help the rapidly growing consumer team to hit our lofty marketing goals by leveraging video as a vehicle to drive awareness and customer growth. This individual will be responsible for developing our annual and quarterly cross-channel video strategy, owning a multi million dollar annual budget.
Execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns and programs across various channels (display, native, social, video etc) and platforms while meeting or surpassing performance expectations
Provide recommendations and strategies to drive growth efficiently across channels such as digital and offline
Share weekly/monthly reporting on all major metrics, goals tracking, campaign launches and updates across initiatives
Partner with Marketing Analytics team on campaign measurement, reporting, insights and share key information with broader media team and internal stakeholders.
Manage creative assets, landing pages and all related processes (legal approval) for campaigns in market and/or new launches
Formulate proposals for new opportunities, tests
Collaborate with internal (brand, creative etc) and external teams (agency, publishers etc) on creatives to effectively communicate the brand story to the right audience
Budgeting, planning, forecasting and day-to-day operations
Manage relationship with all partners, vendors and stay to up to date with industry trends
4+ years of digital marketing experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets in consumer marketing at client or agency side
Experience with Linear TV, CTV/OTT, native or content syndication buy and offline marketing would be a plus
Deep understanding of programmatic tools and platforms; DSP (DV360, MediaMath, Verizon), DMP, Real-Time Bidding, Ad Networks, Retargeting, Ad-Trafficking as well levers and KPIs to optimize and scale
Ad-tech background would be a plus - Experience in businesses that have developed and operated successful digital ad tech products
Experience in building and managing relationships at significant scale with both external partners and with internal teams
Experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
Strong data analytics and excel proficiency.
Excellent time, project management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills
Self-starter, able to work independently, flexible, collaborative, problem-solver, team player and a 'can do' attitude.
