Job Description:

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Document, evaluate and develop recommended improvements to MARFORCYBER command collaborative tools, services, and process; with the goal of facilitating better information exchange. Some examples would be: refine section-reporting policies, develop and disseminate report templates, and conduct training on organizational performance improvement. The contractor will support this by performing the following actions:



  • Maintaining and analyzing a command process matrix including all of the command processes, descriptions, and stakeholders

  • Developing or assisting the MARFORCYBER organization in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and other process documentation

  • Attending weekly IKM sync meetings and supporting the monthly IKM working group by creating briefs, coordinating the meeting logistics, performing note taking, and active participation

  • Identifying and assessing the value of knowledge within MARFORCYBER by conducting user informal interviews

  • Drafting surveys for government approval

  • Performing ad-hoc surveys

  • Conducting direct engagement with section leads to identify IKM improvement opportunities for the end user

  • Utilizing the provided feedback to recommend the concepts for improving shared situational awareness, and decision support tools

  • Assisting with portfolio management of hardware and software related to KM
