The Sales Operations Analyst is the face to our Key
Accounts and will assist with order management, item set up, and scheduling for
our regional accounts. This position is also responsible for understanding and
driving continuous Improvement on customer performance metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing customer escalations to resolve any issues that may arise.


• Establish relationships with external and internal customers.


• Order management in SAP from Order to Cash.


• Work with warehousing and transportation to best service the customers.


• Identification and implementation of new and existing SAP solutions to streamline workload.


• Stretch assignments as assigned.


• Shared Services support.


• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's
  degree required.


• Strong
  proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pivot tables required.


• Proficiency
  in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook.


• Proficiency
  in SAP.


• Experience
  with root cause analyses preferred.


• Minimal
  travel required.
