Job Description:

USESI islooking for a Purchasing Buyer to maintain stockinventories in ourManhattan,NYLocation.

Daily duties will include the following:

1.Replenishing of stock material

2.Reviewing order acknowledgements for accuracy

3.Expediting open purchase orders

4.Working with the Receiving Departments on any vendor shipping discrepancies

5.Communication with vendors regarding products and orders

6.Assist Sales Team with sales orders and purchasing issues

7.Work with AP Department regarding billing issues

8.Monthly visits tolocal branches

9.Manage inventory product levels to minimize dead-stock and obsolete products

Minimum Qualifications:

-1+ years of supply chain experience. Experience with commodities preferred

-Electrical product knowledge preferred

-Must have strong organizational, communication and computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook

-Must be a team player and proactive problem solver

-Must be able to work independently
