About the Role:

We are looking for aSenior ProductManager to join our growing Web Experience team, to sit with us at the intersection of technology, business, and operations.Our team develops and maintainsthe various NortonLifeLock eCommerce domains:,, and're on a mission to develop, maintain, and operate a high-performing website and product team focused on customer experience.

As a Senior Product Managerfor the Web Experience team, you will bea key member of the Web Experience Product Management team that is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and operational mechanisms to support our go-to-market strategies.Building the best customer experience involves working with many different stakeholders across the entire organization.You'll work cross-functionality to build scalable, high-performing, intuitivesolutions to support our brands'evolving product and marketingstrategies andunlock digital growth initiatives.We focus on building for the long-term, while satisfying the needs of today, and applying a thoughtful, methodical approach with a "customer first" thought process, while balancing the priorities of our partners and programs.

The right candidate will have a solid technical foundation,deepexperience with delivering software products, an appreciation for change management and business processes, and excellent communication styles across different audiences.


  • Collaborate withfellowproduct managers to ensure alignment on shared goals, priorities, and roadmaps.

  • Serve as a liaison between the business and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations with high adoption and satisfaction rates.

  • Work with cross-functional partners to drive execution and iterative delivery of initiatives.

  • Craftdetailedbusiness requirements and user stories that deliver value to our customers.

  • Transform customer and market insights into actionable business and product requirements.

  • Work with the Engineering and Design teams to enhance the CMS and build new functionalities.


  • 5+ years designing and delivering outstanding software products in a Product Management role. ECommerce,web platform,orcontent management experience a plus.

  • Ability to work with technical leads, product owners, stakeholders and customers to translate solution concepts into specific features and integrations.

  • Experience with managing the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.

  • Robust facilitation skills, such as the ability to think and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • A strong bias towards practical and elegantly simple solutions, but also an appreciation for the complexity and a desire to support all scenarios.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to keep multiple groups and teams on the same page.

  • Strong familiarity with Agile development and methodologies.
