Bilingual Lead Associate, Customer Service at PREMIER Bankcard LLC in DAKOTA DUNES, South Dakota

Potential to promote after the first three months and then again after an additional nine months. That’s up to two advancements within your first year!

Compensation and Schedule

Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Full-time Hours:

Monday - Friday 12:00 pm-9:00 pm,  as well as Saturday Rotation

Training Schedule:

Paid on-the-job training!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Answer representative's questions and recommend actions based on current policies and procedures.

  • Assist management with training for new associates.

  • Perform associate level job functions.

  • Conduct audits on critical department processes.

  • Process and maintain daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and documentation.

  • Compile report data for analysis by management.

  • Assist on-going with reviewing and revising procedures and department scripting.

  • Handle escalated calls.

  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.

  • Review customer complaint calls and log review reasons and notes for inventory and management review. 

Skills and Qualifications


  • Basic computer skills and ability to fluently speak both English and Spanish.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to concentrate and work independently, Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Capacity to learn, adapt to change and become proficient quickly. 

  • Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold The PREMIER Way.

  • Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to detail to avoid potential legal issues while promoting customer satisfaction and public perception and the reputation of the organization.

  • Maintains a calm, controlled approach in often-difficult situations.  Responds effectively, tactfully, and with maturity in highly-emotionally charged situations.  Remain professional at all times.
