i3 is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to support an Army Contract. The Mid-Level Systems Admin will provide technical expertise supporting enterprise information systems and components for a large (8000+) user community.
Responsibilities
Assist users and other tier admins by troubleshooting issues within the AvMC network footprint, including but not limited to:
Assisting other admins with troubleshooting higher level system errors.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation for new protocols and procedures.
Correcting DHCP issues on network systems.
Tracking all work using ticketing system.
Maintaining DNS entries.
AD Account modification\corrections, unlocking locked user accounts, modification of user file share access permissions, and create new file share\access list.
Troubleshoot Network and Device connectivity issues.
Creation\Deletion of new\old user personal directories.
Management of AvMC backups through backup appliance and ensure that incremental backups are operational, and users are able to access backups as needed.
Maintain\modify admin PowerShell scripts to meet requirements.
Administration of all AvMC mobile devices (1500+) through DISA storefront by managing user accounts and devices; Assisting users with receiving new MobileIron PIN numbers.
Administration of all AvMC print-servers and ensure that they meet security compliance and maintain\add\remove associated printers connected to those servers to allow users to print\scan\copy from those devices.
Administration of the new Uniflow "Follow you" Enterprise Printing Solution and ensure that printing capability using the server is maintained with a high uptime.
Assisting local admins with troubleshooting errors with higher level printer device issues.
Assisting Government Administrators with inventories on computer\printer equipment.
Assisting with Continuous Monitoring requirement by SCAP scanning AvMC Client environment (12000+ systems) on a Quarterly Basis.
Qualifications
BS and 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
DoD 8570.01-M compliant.
Ability to work with little or no direct supervision and in a team environment.
Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Ability to attain and maintain a SECRET Clearance.
