We currently have a great opportunity for a Clinical Recruiter! The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, interviewing, and contract with Physician and APP candidates for client hospitals.

This is a fully remote opportunity!

Responsibilities

    Identify part-time and full-time physician and mid-level provider candidates for client hospitals.
  • Prospect candidates utilizing tools, such as cold calling, database sources, Internet, and journals.

  • Determine marketing/recruiting approach through recruitment planning for each assigned facility.

  • Inform and send candidates information regarding hospital location and compensation.

  • Match candidates to multiple positions in division and company-wide opportunities.

  • Provide detailed information to providers regarding the hospital, compensation plans, malpractice insurance, community facts, and Envision.

  • Obtain verbal or written references from previous medical directors, nurse managers or staff physicians.

  • Obtain complete file, screen candidate via referencing, and review for qualifications and suitable match for position(s).

  • Coordinate itinerary for hospital interview and real estate tour for candidates, including arrangements with hospital administration.

  • Follow up with candidates throughout recruiting process, including offer, negotiations, relocation, contract signing, and the first month of work.

  • Provide detailed entry of all information and tracking of candidates in company database.

  • Compile compensation survey information.

  • Compile and maintain detailed information on hospitals.

  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and hospital administration.

  • Represent Envision at conferences and job fairs.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Work with credentialing and scheduling to ensure all credentials of physician are complete and physician is scheduled.

  • Follow-up on all questionable references.

  • Interact with members of the divisional team, including the Divisional Manager, Divisional Chief Operating Officer, and Divisional Chief Executive Officer to convey information in a timely manner.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Reads and abides by the company's code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs

  • Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company

  • Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

  • Support and abide by the values of the company

  • Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible

Qualifications

Education/Experience


  • College Degree preferred or equivalent working background.

  • Healthcare experiencestrongly preferred

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Applicant Tracking Systems
