Job Description:

UST is looking for a Program Manager



  • 3-5 years of Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall

  • At least 2-3 years of Scrum Masterexperience

  • CSMCertifiedis a must

  • Provide business process and technical expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues

  • Comfortable working & producing reports for leadership level on day to day task activities

  • Ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections, self-drive, and "a bias for action".

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas, often at senior levels, to persuade to adopt a different point of view as needed

  • Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for scrum meetings

  • Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks

  • Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team

  • Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders

  • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure

  • Strong with SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tools

  • PMP Certification with1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer

  • Knowledge in big data, data & analytics, Hadoop, SQL, BI tools (Tableau,PowerBI, Metrics Insight etc.), streaming technologies.

  • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure

  • Creative and proactive problem solver

  • Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments

  • Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills
