CNSI is currently looking for an experienced Total Rewards Manager from the IT industry to join our team!


As the Total Rewards Manager, you will provide subject matter expertise for Compensation, and consult to ensure CNSI programs are competitive, aligned with industry standards and meet strategic business objectives. You will be a key member of the Human Resources team with a major focus on compensation but also have oversight of benefits and manage Benefits Analyst. Approximate split of time of 80% Compensation / 20% Benefits.


Focus is primarily U.S. but does include development and oversight of global program implementation as needed. May require some travel, 5-10%.


*Work is Remote. Eastern and Central time zones is preferred


What You Will Do:


Compensation



  • Provide design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the company's compensation program, inclusive of employee Base Pay, Salary Planning, Goal Setting, Performance Management, and Recognition & Reward Programs.

  • Participate in salary surveys to ensure salary ranges are in alignment with market standards and facilitates annual benchmarking exercise with HR team to address changes in compensation requirements, with the focus on IT job roles and niche IT skills.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for all compensation-related matters and maintain a strong knowledge of current compensation market trends (IT focus), regulations, and laws.

  • Work closely with senior management and leaders across the organization to address any employee concerns related to pay and rewards.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure that employee compensation is in alignment with the latest recruiting trends for the industry.

  • Oversee all compensation-related tools and identify areas of process improvement to enhance compensation program, as applicable.

  • Leverage broad HR knowledge and experience to ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Lead compensation compliance with legal and contractual requirements at the federal, state, and local level where CNSI has employees working. (e.g., Davis Bacon SCA; FLSA; non-discrimination, etc.)

  • Lead the management of all health, wellness and 401(k) programs and ensure plans are competitive, compliant and in alignment with industry standards.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of benefits-related, current market trends and regulations, and work with senior management to identify improvements.

  • Manage compliance to applicable benefits regulations.

  • Oversight of multiple benefits, vendors, providers, and U.S. open enrollment and work closely with Benefits Analyst/Manager to assesses opportunity to engage new providers to enhance benefits offerings, when appropriate.

  • Work with Communications team to provide proactive communications, to educate and promote benefits to employees.

Who You Are:



  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, preferable in field of Human Resources or related.

  • 7-10+ Years of Compensation experience, as well as experience in overall Benefits design and compliance



  • Very familiar with or practiced user of MarketPay and JDXpert tools.

  • Demonstrated experience building Compensation & Job Structures as well as conducting market benchmarking in IT (Information Technology)



  • Proven abilities utilizing Compensation Tools and of HR Technology Systems

  • Well versed in knowledge of regulations and requirements associated with compensation.

  • Ability to develop, present and translate complicated and information concepts (desired outcomes, risks, decision options, milestones etc.) to senior leadership and organization stakeholders in a consultative approach to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Experience managing and enhancing Performance Evaluation and Recognition & Reward Programs, Benefits Programs, Enrollment Systems, Vendor file feeds, and Compliance.

  • Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.

  • You possess broad knowledge covering multiple Human Resources functions.
