Summary

This role will work cross-functionally with a variety of areas in order to maximize the value of client agreements for treasury implementation and onboarding of customers. If you like setting clients up for success be part of this innovative team.

About the Role

You'll be coordinating and leading the implementation of treasury and deposit solutions for mid-market to large commercial clients, and managing the client transition experience through collaboration with the sales team and subject matter experts. You'll develop an implementation project plan for clients (including multi-entity and multi-locations), obtain necessary account information and execute legal documentation. You will also conduct client training on effective product utilization and provide technical support and resolution. You'll be the Subject Matter Expert for multiple cash management products, support other Implementation Consultants and internal business partners, working with Product Managers to keep all product documentation updated and complete for use in workflow and documentation.

What You Can Expect

You'll lead, and project manage client kickoff and ongoing implementation meetings and interview clients and prospects to uncover information required for service implementation. Your knowledge of cash management services, benefits, features, and operations will set you up for success. Communication is critical throughout the project with external clients, treasury management officers, relationship managers, and leadership. Training will be at the heart of this role to set clients up for success.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology and sales, working across multiple lines of business. As the "voice of the client" you will work with product managers, analysts, operations, sales, external vendors, and the product support team.



How You'll Spend Your Time


You'll implement services sold to clients.


You'll identify and make recommendations to leadership on opportunities to improve the client experience


You will consult with senior level Implementation Specialists leadership when assistance is needed on more complex transactions or when we are implementing a service not currently in use in the market.


You'll train clients using in-person or on-site, or via phone or Webex, or a combination there of depending on the complexity of the implementation and the mix of products.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: You will use your solid knowledge of product delivery systems, on-line computer systems, and MS Office to navigate multiple systems.


TREASURY MANAGEMENT: You will use your knowledge and experience with banking and finance, cash management, bank operations, and products and services to deliver concierge-style service to clients

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree with 2-3 years Bank Sales/Operations/Customer Service experience (cash management experience of 2 or more years preferred); Or 8+ years equivalent banking related experience.
