Keysight Technologies is the world leader in providing electronic measurement solutions, services, and software.Keysight has an immediate opening for a Sales Enablement Manager within the Americas Sales Operations team. This position is responsible for driving and prioritizing an effective sales enablement program and strategy for Americas Sales Operations (ASO). Focus will be on ensuring the Americas Region has the necessary sales skills, technical skills, and managerial skills by partnering with the Keysight Sales Enablement Team (KSET). Key responsibilities include:

• Represent the Voice of the Americas Sales Organization for priorities and sales enablement strategies, utilizing KSET programs and processes


• Lead Region-specific Sales Enablement Programs: Challenger, Negotiation Advantage, Quip and Global Account Management Excellence, Manger Coaching Skills, Virtual Selling Skills, Train the Trainer and New Hire On-boarding, etc.


• If needed, drive tactical implementation of local programs due to time zone or language requirements


• Drive Region communication and alignment with Region Sales management expectations


• Ensure that global KSET programs are designed to meet unique regional needs, including selecting the most relevant content and delivery approaches for the needs of the region.

Job Qualifications

This position requires the following skillsets and attributes with an emphasis on sales/sales training/industry expertise and communication skills:

• 8+ years Sales and sales management experience


• Exception communication skills with all levels in the organization


• Strong understanding of sales skills and enablement needs within the region


• Self-starter, leader, and motivator


• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written communications


• Mentoring and coaching skills


• Must be a US Citizen
