Job Description:

Overview:

Accurately index referrals into the electronic medical record. Answer caller questions about clinical intake referral process. Ensure referrals are routed in accordance to guidelines set forth by clinic partners. Proactively support all Clinical Intake process efforts.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in a health care setting. Preferred: - Associate's Degree in health care or related field. - Broad experience using Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel). - Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a dynamic work environment involving complex procedures.
