The Revenue Enablement Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Programs & Strategy will provide thought leadership and execution to deliver Revenue Enablement & business growth in Zscaler'sGTM Organization. This will be a collaborative role responsible for strategizing with REV, PM, PMM, BD and other organizations to deliver tools, value framework and revenue enablement materials that will support market / business growth. In addition, execute on REV programs for fulllaunch and execution. Running a Programs Management office and 'front door' for Strategy, Velocity, Enablement and GTM.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Revenue Enablement GTM function, developing strategies, defining offerings, developing enablement for various business areas.

  • Gather and analyze relevant customer and product data to identify potential market offerings and seller / buyer strategy.

  • Develop and execute on ALL entry points for the Revenue Enablement Center. Manage delivery of complete enablement across all functions of this center. (Customer, Channel, Services, Seller and more..)

  • Understand the competitive landscape, market dynamics and industry trends for the offerings supported.

  • Leverage analyst, customer and market data to develop go-to-market messaging content, use cases and value proposition. Aligning on the Value Framework and Buying Processes.

  • Provide leadership and partner with all areas in the Revenue Enablement Service Center to ensure broad execution and readiness. Ensuring enablement for sales, presales, partners, customers and services organizations in support of ALL GTM launches.

  • Work with the Value Creation Team and all Sales Ecosystem support teams to create comprehensive execution plans.

  • Lead the assigned offering's go-to-market plan, serving as the offering enablement expert for sales, partners, regions and customers. Be the "voice of the offering," evangelizing to internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with senior leadership, product management and other internal stakeholders to develop offering milestones and metrics to measure progress against goals.

  • Solicit and incorporate internal and external feedback to monitor offering's progress and, if needed, work with senior leaders to adjust execution plans accordingly to meet and exceed Zscaler's revenue objectives.

* Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, business or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 10 years overall experience in software product marketing, product management, go-to-market, or strategic operations.

  • Experience in a SaaS technology company

  • Creative problem-solver with strong analytical and project management skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to internal and external audiences

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment

  • Adept at quickly understanding new technologies and identifying business value
