Job Description:

The Tech TA Manager will be a key partner in leading areas of Shipt’s growing recruitment team and partner with our leadership team to hire the best  talent. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to our clients by creating and executing strategies in partnership with the Director of Recruiting to lead strategies, place top talent and build strong partnerships across Shipt.

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll take the lead as you:

• Lead 3+ Recruiters




• Lead strategies to attract qualified candidates with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. 




• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners




• Partner with hiring managers, Shipt leaders, HR Leaders, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.




• Partner with key stakeholders to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can build a diverse talent pipeline.




• Build strong partnerships with client groups and HR generalists to proactively manage staffing needs.




• Work cross-functionally across a team of recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration and empowerment and inclusion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of people leadership experience 




• 6+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably Tech recruiting in a high-growth or startup environment




• 6+ years experience sourcing with LinkedIn and other email marketing & CRM tools




• Proven ability to successfully lead a recruiting team to identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high growth environments




• Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build and execute on creative closing strategies




• Proven track record of continuous improvement through problem solving, producing solutions and critical thinking




• Effective interpersonal skills to connect with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization, including C-level.




• Superior attention to detail, with strong multi-tasking and organization skills




• Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes




• Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
