Job Description:

Qualis Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Manager to perform financial and budgetary analysis to support test documentation and data collection services for the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT. This is a full-time position.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for providing weekly and monthly financial reports, tracking charges at the contract level, cost management at the job number level, entering financial data into the local and corporate financial systems, verification of billed hours from the teammates and subcontractors, assisting with purchasing, oversight of the petty cash account, and other associated financial administration related to the contract.
• Assist in preparation of cost estimates and track status of task orders, responses and delivery orders. Perform reconciliation of accounts, and financial analysis.
• Perform research of financial activity when necessary or as directed.
• Establish and maintain accounting record systems for labor, material, and travel costs.
• Interface with the Government Contracting Office, COR, contract program manager, and other task leaders to quickly resolve issues as they arise.

• Must have a minimum of a bachelor�s degree and 3-5 years minimum experience in business management.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
