Program Support Assistant I at Qualis Corporation in Dugway, Utah

Job Description:

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Program Support Assistant I to support test documentation and data collection services for the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT. This is a full-time position.

Essential Functions

• Monitors and analyzes project objectives, and milestones within the overall program objectives.
• Reviews individual project progress, measuring performance and recommends corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule as well as overall program accomplishments.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, arranging, managing and conducting data collection.
• Coordinate issues pertaining to compliance and corrective actions.
• Conduct research, gathers data, analyzes and assists in interpreting data and reports.
• Compile new information, consider data from a variety of sources, and follow standard approaches, methods, and procedures to plan and carry out assignments.
• Develop a variety of reports, monthly progress and /status reports.
• Prepares correspondence relevant to projects and programs.
• Assists in performing technical and analytical work, as well as, performs a wide variety of program support services.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• Ability to learn and apply established methods, procedures and techniques to support program and projects efforts.
• Ability to handle non-technical and technical tasks.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
