Under general supervision, assists CDS Global maintenance staff by performing basic maintenance support functions including assembling and installing module office furniture, painting, and performing other basic maintenance functions to support maintenance staff.
Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
Prepares walls and woodwork for painting.
Paints walls and woodwork.
Assembles and installs module office furniture according to instructions.
Assists maintenance staff with basic maintenance functions.
Reports any repairs and/or maintenance needed.
Changes light bulbs.
Cleans work areas and equipment.
Assists with the installation of computer and phone system cabling.
Adheres to attendance policies.
Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING
High School Diploma or GED required.
No prior experience required.
Basic communication skills. Ability to convey clear information to others, using verbal, written, or other appropriate communication techniques.
Ability to work cooperatively with employees and management.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to listen attentively and follow directions.
Ability to react to change and remain productive
