A&M TAG is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the audit firms. Over the last 15 years our Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich and Birmingham and this year we launch our TAG practice in Madrid & Geneva. All of our teams are growing and will continue to expand.

Our Global TAG practice is now very established and highly active in France, working for premium clients on high profile deals:large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and French LBO's. Our work comprises French situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.

A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development. We are expanding further, and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Manager / Senior Associate to join our Transactions Advisory team in Paris.

The successful candidate will:

Responsibilities:

• As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple and challenging Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with many of our Managing Directors


• A&M work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure.


• You will be expected to lead projects within teams, reporting directly to the Managing Directors or project leaders


• You will gain constant exposure to the senior members of the team, and as well as our well established formal training, you will gain 'on the job' learning and development, leveraging their substantial deal experience.


• You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction.


• Our Transaction Advisory team can work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process


• You will be encouraged to internally network with our service lines and to work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships


• You are expected to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in beginning to develop new client relationships.

Essential experience:

• Previous experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (transaction services) is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity or blue-chip Corporates


• Trained at a Big 4 firm within an established Transaction Advisory (transaction services) practice


• Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
