What you will be doing:


  • Receive, review, and log subpoena requests served on the Credit Union and review them for accuracy and proper service.

  • If a match is found log all relevant information and act as a liaison with the Compliance Department of Jovia to ensure they receive a copy of the subpoena for their records.

  • Coordinate and assign cases to Jovia Research Clerks to fulfill the documentation requests.

  • Responsible for the monitoring of the e entire subpoena process and ensuring  Oversee that research is completed timely, and in accordance with due dates for each case.

  • Perform the necessary research as needed to complete the request by retrieving statements, checks, signature card, tax documents, deposited items, or any other information as requested.  If no match can be found respond to requesting agent with a no match notification and close the request as No-Match Complete

  • Perform a Quality Control review before submitting any cases to the requesting agent for accuracy.

  • Ensure that all requested information is archived in accordance with Deposit Operations and Jovia record retention policies.

What we need from you:


  • Related Associates Degree/Certification or 2 or more years of work experience in a related field.

  • Strong problem management and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and/or projects with organization, attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to work alone as well as amongst team members.

  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment. Ability to work under stressful conditions, and to handle difficult members with tact, empathy and professionalism.

  • Knowledge of Windows, Word, Power Point and Excel.
