Position Summary
 
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing supporting all aspects of the warehouse at the local district for warehouse activities including inventory control, requisitioning process, shipping & receiving, inventory accuracy and expediting to ensure operational continuity at optimum inventory level.   
Key Accountabilities


  • Provide essential leadership skills and training to warehouse team. 

  • Ensure field and material requests are managed in a timely manner and processed accordingly.

  • Manage daily activities of warehouse including shipping, receiving, issuing, stocking, cycle counting and safety to ensure accuracy, balance and flow.

  • Work closely with Warehouse Manager, to provide forecasting through activity and historical consumption pending the material cost and criticality.

  • Review inventory levels keeping them at minimum requirements to ensure maintenance activities are met.

  • Ensure purchase orders are processed and received in a timely manner.  Help research purchase orders to support Accounts Payable team.

  • Provide KPI’s to Warehouse Manager to suggest continuous improvement and targets are being met.

  • Ensure stockrooms are organized - Shelving labeled, work areas and environments are neat and clean, and the security of the stockroom is maintained.

  • Perform duties requested as necessary by management team.

Minimum Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
