The Acute Care Lab Manager will oversee administrative and clinical operations for the Laboratory Department accredited by CLIA. This active department uses the latest technology to perform chemistry, hematology, blood banking, and serology testing. The Manager of Hospital Laboratory will lead a team of certified Medical Technologists and Phlebotomists and should have fresh clinical skills to perform bench procedures. The Acute Care Lab Manager is responsible for ensuring regulatory guidelines are being met, overseeing staff performance, and streamlining departmental operations and spending.
