Job Description:

A growing behavioral health management company is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to be the next Director of Psychiatric Services at their flagship behavioral health hospital in the great Seattle, WA area. The Director of Psychiatric Services will lead this comprehensive medical facility that offers both inpatient and outpatient mental health services. The clinical, operations and support teams are well-versed and are excited to meet the next senior leader. 

The Director of Psychiatric Services will use their background as a Clinical Social Worker to guide this stand alone behavioral health hospital as they improve upon current and expand their clinical offerings. This 120 bed Psych Hospital offers comprehensive Inpatient Services including: Adult Intensive Care, Detox, Adult Dual Diagnosis Unit, and a Women's Connection program. The Outpatient Services offered have evolved and adapted well to TeleHealth. Group classes are very successful at this hospital and one on one therapy is gaining traction.

 A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities will ensure the next Director of Clinical Services has a smooth transition into this role.
