Medline has an immediate opening for an Account Representative located in our Waukegan, IL facility. This position will primarily focus on supporting our Sterile Procedure Tray business. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The challenging responsibilities of the position include:
Product support for approximately 70 Sales Reps
Sales Reps contact for SPT trays; new quotes, revisions and bids
New Tray closings
Write and process ECN's
Sample coordination, shipping and delivery of tray prototypes and component evaluations for sales force
Provide cost, pricing, margin and product information to sales force
Identifying and communicating with sales representatives on all margin improvement opportunities, including by not limited to product conversion, packaging enhancement, product placement, etc

External Qualifications include the following skills:
Two-Four years related medical device or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Sterile procedure tray experience preferred
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere with other Account Representatives and project team members while maintaining Professional and Positive relationships
Must also be able to work independently with sound judgment
Project/task management type organization. Must have strong organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. Because of fast paced, dynamic culture, candidate must have a flexible personality
Ability to interact with high level management with professionalism and be able to quickly process requests within a timely manner
Strong customer service skills and desire needed along with strong problem solving ability
Strong attention to detail required; must be diligent in finding resolutions to questions or discrepancies; ability to work under minimal supervision; must be able to follow complex instruction
Excellent written and verbal communication with both internal and external associates. Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Access a plus
Experience in SAP and/or AS400 preferred • Ability to work overtime could be required to maintain your territory
