The SEI Wealth Platform has a challenging career opportunity for a Triage Analyst. This position requires a foundation of business knowledge in the financial services industry, and the ability to work in an Agile team environment. You should be adaptable, possess experience in Wealth Management, and demonstrate the ability to understand financial services business requirements.

What you'll do:


  • Work and track financial issues reported by our SEI client base through ServiceNow


  • Act as a liaison between Client Service and development teams


  • Ensure all work is up to date in ServiceNow


  • Communicate issues to team lead and keep them posted on daily items


  • Troubleshoot reported issues


What you bring to the table:


  • Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university, and/or equivalentrelevant experience.

  • Aminimum of 3 years of experience in business domain or background inBusiness analysis.

  • Aminimum of 2 years of experience with SWP is required.

  • Knowledgeof Cash processing is a plus.

  • Knowledgeof Fee's component a plus.

  • Workingknowledge of SQL.

  • Workingknowledge of MS office suite of products.
