Position Overview
As part of the global diversified building products group, CRH plc, Building Products is currently recruiting for the position of Reporting Manager within the Corporate Finance team based in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing management/financial reporting, review of investment/capex proposal documents and analytic support to the VP, Finance. This role interacts with the corporate parent and operating businesses regularly with a focus on high-quality reporting plus process simplification and improvement. This is a key position within CRH Building Products finance team and will receive significant exposure to senior CRH management teams.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Oversee monthly reporting to parent before submission and provide explanations as necessary
Manage flash and forecast reporting for Divisional management
Work closely with parent company in support of CRH public reporting requirements including review of bi-annual reporting packs
Supervise Building Products Division reporting including holding companies
Coordinate deep-dive analysis of operating company variances
Independently provide insights and highlight trends in reporting information. Develop and suggest new KPIs or reporting formats to improve reporting quality
Review documents prepared to support major acquisition and capex investments. Track approvals and spend on capex projects.
Develop presentation materials for executive and board level meetings
Prepare and review Investor relations documents
Key lead for creation and consolidation of five-year strategic plan financial projections
Adhoc analysis as required for senior management
Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to increase productivity that optimizes data efficiency and quality including working closely on this with the EPM team
Build strong relationships with the finance teams in the operating companies and Group finance. Partner with and indirectly supervise the operating companies’ reporting teams
Perform and evidence SOX controls as required
Maintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the company
Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
Other duties as directed
Qualifications

Education/Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, construction or related industry
Expert proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Hyperion. Good proficiency with MS Word and Outlook
Supervisory experience desirable
MBA or CPA desirable
Work Requirements
Must be 18 years in age or older
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
