Wellness Attendant - Fountain at YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region in Fountain, Colorado

Applicants who apply and complete New Staff Orientation, will receive a $50 hiring incentive.
The YMCA of the Pikes Peak region is looking to recruit a hard-working Wellness Attendant to keep our Healthy Living areas fun and inviting for all. The Wellness Attendant will ensure the Healthy Living area is tidy, clean and well-maintained.
The Wellness Attendant will supervise the cleanliness and environmental comfort of the Healthy Living areas. They will exhibit exceptional customer service while implementing facility policies and procedures for the safety and comfort of members. The Wellness Attendant will provide basic instructions on the safe use of equipment and of programs available in the Healthy Living Center.

We are looking to fill positions at our Fountain YMCA

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS
Monday - Friday 5:15 am - 9:00 am and Saturday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Monday - Friday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

WELLNESS ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Orientation to Healthy Living preferred
· Customer Service Experience preferred
· Communication, listening, and organizational skills
· Customer Service Experience preferred
· Must be have able to use basic computer keyboarding, data entry and job-related software applications

WELLNESS ATTENDANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and assist members with basic questions on equipment use and functions
· Maintain cleanliness of the Healthy Living Center areas including equipment at all times
· Ensure the environmental comfort of the Healthy Living Center areas
· Ensure the safety of all members using the Healthy Living Center by consistently enforcing the Healthy Living Center and facility policies
· Support and follow YMCA policies and decisions.
· Answer member questions about the YMCA and its programs
· Assist Membership Representatives in providing tours of the Healthy Living Center
· Attend staff meetings
· Assists with equipment maintenance and repairs, as needed
· Other duties as required
