As the Specialist, Digital Carrier Procurement, you will be responsible for executing on initiatives designed to grow our digital platform and the carriers transacting within it. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Work on priority bids for preferred DFM Carriers and Sales Accepted offers.


• Build and grow our relationship with Digital Carriers.


• Encourage usage of our digital solutions to Carriers through demos and one on one conversation


• Answer inbound calls from carriers.


• Assist with recovering loads that have been dropped by digital carriers.


• Find, create and execute dedicated ILA opportunities.


• Assist with increasing Connect and DriveXPO registrations.

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience providing support to internal and external customers, and/or vendors in the transportation industry


• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 2+ years of third-party logistics (3PL) experience


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
