Advance your knowledge of commercial real estate in a highly entrepreneurial environment. While guided by one of our senior brokers this internship provides exposure and experiences that include business development, transactional management and the nuances involved with commercial real estate.

Job Description

• Conduct research to assist with business development.


• Prepare market building surveys.


• Prepare building tour agendas and maps.


• Accompany brokers on property tours.


• Provide analytical support for financial analyses.


• Run simple financial analysis


• Read and abstract real estate related documents such as office leases and lease amendments


• Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).


• Perform any related duties as required and directed.


• Comply with Company and office polices and protocols
