We are hiringData Reconciliation Associate to work onsite in our Round Rock, TX center located at 810 Hesters Crossing Suite 250Round Rock, TX 78681

This role is designed for people who have strong analytical skills, comfortable and understand working with account receivables and allocations for extended period, using tools such as excel spreadsheets to validate and evaluate information. Must be able to work in a team collaborative environment. This position is ideal for people who can master complex information in a short period of time, are passionate about helping others, and enjoy solving problems.

What we offer:

• $500 sign in bonus payable 90 days after start date

Requirements:

• Minimum education requirement High school diploma or GED


• College degree or some college preferred


• Experience in account receivables preferred


• Ability to demonstrate computer skills (Computer savvy)


• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment


• Demonstrate attention to detail


• Advanced knowledge in excel


• Healthcare knowledge preferred


• Similar role experience preferred


• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as work independently and make sound decisions


• Able to work 8-hour shift Mon to Fri 8-6pm, occasional weekends.
