Job Summary
Responsible for leading the activities and delivery of results of the Commercial Cash Services and Integrated Receivables Product Management team. Manages the product development process to ensure products that are client focused, of the highest quality, designed for profitability, and effectively implemented and promoted. Leads and executes strategies towards targeted goals for pricing, risk management and marketing of Commercial Cash Services and Integrated Receivables products and monitors goal achievement. Works in partnership with other areas of the bank to achieve or surpass department goals. Ensures the Commercial Payments (Treasury Management & International Banking) sales staff is provided with up-to-date information on products and their applications.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the Commercial Cash Services and Integrated Receivables Product Management team and executing product development and marketing strategies including market direction, target customer, pricing, and cost plans. Monitors marketing goals against current objectives and oversees risk management and monitoring including regulatory compliance
Evaluates and maintains existing products to ensure that the bank remains competitive and identifies opportunities for new products within the Commercial Cash Services and Integrated Receivables product line. Designs and implements new products and major enhancements to existing products in tandem with internal and external partners. Manages and drives build-vs-buy decisions in the product development process, combing the landscape for potential Fintech partners in various stages of maturity. Uses data on a regular and systematic basis to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drives decision making.
Ensures databases are created and maintained with up-to-date information.
Develops and delivers product training for sales and product staff, operational partners, and appropriate customer support partners. May act as a liaison across the footprint for product knowledge and implementation of new banking relationships for respective product line. Participates in promotional conferences, tradeshows, expos and other related forums.
Responsible for developing annual financial plans for Commercial Cash Services and Integrated Receivables product line (revenue, volume, and expense data) and ensures that the Commercial Cash Services and Integrated Receivables team has a thorough understanding of the revenue and cost drivers for their assigned products through the use of accounting principles including cost management techniques.
Manages the annual performance management and merit processes for direct and indirect reports. Coaches and develops team members and builds a work environment where team members are engaged and feel a positive sense of achievement about their role in the company. Works closely with Human Resources regarding employee relations, compensation, training, posting and filling vacant positions and other Human Resources related matters.
Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Experience:
Ten years of experience in commercial payment treasury management product management, with emphasis on Commercial Payables; treasury management or commercial banking operations or other similar lines of business.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing

Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
Strong intellectual horsepower, methodical and insightful solution provider with a can-do attitude and demonstrates results
Analytical skills, and the ability to review data with the utmost detail
