Overview

The Marketing Manager, Residential will help develop and implement the end-to-end marketing of the Division's consumer, international, and large accounts sectors. In addition, the Marketing Manager, Residential will help to fuel the growth of the Division by supporting the generation of leads and brand awareness for consumer relocations and an online marketplace as well as serve as point person for the day-to-day management of affinity partners and third party lead sources. The Marketing Manager, Residential will lead the effort to implement marketing automation for nurturing customers and accounts, and by creating and implementing marketing campaigns and managing associated marketing tactics and budget needed to achieve goals. The role will be responsible for end-to-end marketing management, including management of campaign documents, collateral and content creation and brand alignment across multiple platforms, including digital and offline. The role will track and analyze campaign performance data against KPIs and success metrics to determine ROI.

Responsibilities

Develops campaigns by targeting using audience segmentation/customer journeys and determines positioning, messaging. Manages campaigns across promotional tactics including digital, social, email, direct mail, events, and more working with Digital and other Marketing partners.
• Manages day-to-day relationships with affinity marketing partners and third-party lead sources, including measuring and reporting performance.


• Manages marketing CRM and associated nurturing and targeted customer marketing efforts.


• Assists with the creation of needed marketing and sales materials for all market segments, which may include presentation and accompanying materials.


• Implements marketing tactics according to strategy and campaign plans; measures results and adjusts tactics/plan as needed. Tactics can include content marketing like events.


• Ensures brand alignment of creative and use of one voice in messaging in all marketing promotion.


• Generates ongoing performance analysis and reporting, tracking against KPIs, success metrics and budget.


• Oversees budget and tracks and analyzes spending.


• Contributes to key marketing initiatives to help with lead and sales generation including working with the Digital team on web and other digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in; Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Liberal Arts considered with relevant experience.


• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with lead generation in a sales-driven organization. Agency experience a plus.


• Hands-on experience with marketing campaign creation and management using market segmentation and targeting for multiple market


• segments, primarily focusing on consumers.


• Understanding of the marketing ecosystem, including digital tactics, like SEO, SEM, PPC and how offline tactics (direct mail, out-of-home, events)


• fuel awareness and lift.


• Experience with a marketing CRM program (such as Hubspot; Salesforce; Microsoft Dynamics) and nurture marketing through automation.


• Firm grasp of brand and messaging alignment and management.


• Understanding target marketing, segmentation, personas, and customer journeys.


• Experience with budgeting and budget process preferred.


• Experience test and learn approach to marketing and with creating A/B testing plans.


• Understanding of the following a plus: CMS (WordPress), and project management (such as Basecamp, Trello).


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility - all are vital to multi-task across. many projects with varying deadlines.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Must be agile and able to adapt plans quickly according to results and insight, yet be thoughtful and intentional.


• Must be a team player who is innovative and strives for better ways to get the job done -- and who is willing to roll up her/his sleeves without asking.
