Job Description:

The Service and Instrument Install Administrator (SIIA) provides exceptional administrative support to in house, field sales, and the service organization. Utilizing a thorough understanding of Bio-Rad offerings and practices, the SIIA offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. In addition, the SIAA will be the face of the company through written and vocal interactions with all levels of customers which range from low to high level managers of organizations.

Responsibilities


  • Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Process service contract renewals.

  • Create and maintain instrument service opportunities for in-house and field service.

  • Maintain Instrument Entitlements, perform quarterly audits to ensure instruments have the appropriate

  • Entitlements.

  • Review, and audit work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting billings for field service.

  • Invoice process for billable service related events.

  • Internal and Instrument order processing.

  • Email queue maintenance and responding promptly to the customers inquires and see through to resolution.

  • Handling and resolving the customer complaints for the benefit of the organization.

  • Coordinate and schedule instrument orders and provide White- Glove experience for our customers.

  • Communicating and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve high level and complex customer issues.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.

  • SAP, SFDC experience desired.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, logical and analytic thinking, ability to multi-task, and to problem solve.

  • Strong Customer service, negotiation, conflict resolution, leadership, project management, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of the MS- Office suite, especially Excel.
