Job Description:

A REGULAR
DAY AT WORK (Essential Duties)

Key Responsibilities in Product Supply:
1.- Place purchase orders (replenishment orders)
with suppliers for cargo shipping from Electrolux factories as well OEM
factories in China, Thailand, Brazil, Colombia, Italy, Romania, Turkey and
Egypt into the Central America and the Caribbean.
2.- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Daily communication with suppliers to assist with any changes, updates,
cancellations requests, logistics issues, production issues, etc.
3.- Verify & sign Proforma Invoices received
from all suppliers and keep the system updated with correct production dates.
4.- Measure supplier performance, maintain KPI reports.
5.- Analyze shipping reports provided by
suppliers/GSO team and update system with accurate and up-to-date information
regarding production/availability of orders and provide visibility to sales
team.
6.- Work with the sales team, order desk, logistics
and IT departments to enhance service delivery. Coordinate logistics, request
booking and maintain/update reports regarding product availability.
7.- Participate in global, regional, and local
meetings (GSO, Product Supply LA, Sales & Ops, Planning, etc.).

Key Responsibilities in Project Management:
Initiate,
drive and participate in projects and tasks for improvement and/or development
of existing flows and/or new supply chain processes. This may include leading
and supporting the project from its inception until its ramp down depending on
the defined scope, deadline, quality, and budgets. This process may also
include:
-Elaborate feasibility studies according to project methodology.
-Develop cost, time, schedule, and resource estimates.
-Lead the project implementation process throughout NOLA, cost control and develop contingencies and back up plans.
-To implement projects with the objective of making our distribution channel more competitive.
-Collaborate with other functions such as IT, Consumer Care, Sales & Operations as well as other regions to implement such projects.
-Provide necessary input in the design or initial draft of projects (or new flows) that will allow improvements, provide savings or that will harmonize processes with the rest of the regions; all of this with the agreed time frames, to assure on-time and successful ramp-up and implementation of the new standard processes.
-Develop KPI's, cost control tables, presentations, organize check points with project sponsors and main stakeholders as well as periodically communicate status of the project to all stakeholders.
-Develop training materials, process flow charts, recommend policies or changes to the policies to enable new flows.
-Provide guidance, support, and lead the way on C2W initiatives

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION
& EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

-5+ years Supply Chain experience, preferably in Product Supply and or Logistics.
-English and Spanish level, high
-Graduate degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, other related
-Experience in other consumer goods companies
-3+ years in Project management
-Supply Chain Indicators KPI's
-Lean Manufacturing
-Logistics
-Product Supply Chain Projects (inbound, outbound, warehousing, systems)
