Job Description:

Provide technical support across a broad range of solutions to our clients

Responsibilities


  • Providetechnical support across a broad range of solutions to our clients


  • Provide support for clients reporting technical or solution issues


  • Interact with clients to help troubleshoot and resolve technical or solution problems or issues


  • Diagnose and resolve client questions or problems via various support platforms related to system configurations and setup, product functionality, bugs and enhancement requests.


  • Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of client problems or issues


  • Document problems and solutions to on how to properly address client or product problems for widespread use throughout the support team


  • Stay abreast of current technology in solutions, design changes, and new solutions offered.


  • Correctly transfer issues that require more detailed analysis to more experienced associates; engage R&D, IT and other cross-function teams as appropriate


  • Coach and mentor new or inexperienced associates


Qualifications
Required


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience


  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment


  • Pharmacy / Lab knowledge a plus


Preferred


  • Customer service experience in a technical role


  • Healthcare solution support experience


  • Crystal reports or SQL database knowledge


  • Healthcare clinical workflow experience
