Overview

Supports employees and managers via email, phone, and in person regarding a variety of questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR Systems like the employee portal and timekeeping system. Completes credentialing and schedules onboarding, conducts data audits and quality control.

This role's career path includes HR Specialist, HR Adminstrator, Benefits Administrator, and HR Generalist. Interested in a career in Human Resources? JK will pay for your professional certification.

Qualifications

Strong administrative acumen with a high attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Communicates effectively and clearly and possesses strong writing and documentation skills.


• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Visio) and a proven aptitude for technology.


• HRIS, database, or payroll experience a plus.


• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or HR-related field preferred.
