Position Purpose:



Under the direction of the Program Manager/Director, the CSR u Executive Care is responsible for inside sales and operational support for all niche business/cash pay service lines including Premier Care concierge medicine, Cosmetic Laser & Skin Care and Integrative Medical Services including but not limited to medical acupuncture, bioidentical hormone therapy and executive health in an outpatient setting. This position will ensure that the experience provided at all levels exceeds the expectations of patients, clients, customers, physicians, care coordinators and team members and is provided in a financially responsible manner.



Nature and Scope:



Nature and Scope, includes but is not limited to:


Achieving Client Services (niche business/cash pay) volume growth and revenue goals through inbound sales calls, patient education, consultative sales techniques, service orientation and ongoing patient relationship management.


Achieving Client Services patient experience goals by creating a high level service and relationship based patient experience for patients, clients, family members and clinical team. .


Maintaining a complete and smooth flow of operations and communication between the patient, clients, clinical team and internal departments.


Conducting new patient orientation, maintaining communications, and performing scheduling, registration and reception functions ensuring that all niche business service lines are operating efficiently and at the highest volume.



Knowledge and Skills:



  1. Effectively interact with management, clinical team, peers, patients, customers and members.


  2. Communicate in an effective and positive manner and establish strong, cooperative relationships.


  3. Work independently as well as within a team.


  4. Understand commonly used terminologies, concepts, practices and procedures within the Client Services business segments.


  5. Follow written and verbal instructions.


  6. Operate several business software applications.


  7. Solve problems effectively and efficiently in a timely manner at times with limited direction.


  8. Plan, organize, maintain priorities and schedules and ensure deadlines are met.




The position requires the ability to serve a variety of patients simultaneously, taking into account the unique needs of each. He/she must be proactive, a strong communicator and have the ability to exercise independent judgement. The incumbent must be tech savvy, comfortable with cash-pay sales and collection, creative, fast, responsive and a multi tasker with a genuine interest in healthcare and a passionate desire to make a genuine difference for a demanding yet appreciative patient demographic.



Because of the fluctuating demands of new business endeavors, it may be necessary that employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises and may be expected to perform other tasks, not specifically addressed above.



This position may be eligible for Individual Incentive Plan.

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred



Education:



Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Four year college degree preferred.



Experience:



Requires a minimum of three years experience in a position involving sales, retail, public relations or customer service with a strong focus on premium services. Applicants with a background in hospitality or cosmetology/aesthetic medicine preferred. One to two years healthcare experience preferred.

Professional:


Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook,PowerPoint, Excel and Word andhave the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.


Must use EPIC for patient demographic info, scheduling and phone encounter documentation.


Must be proficient with POS systems, web based applications, troubleshooting minor computer issues and maintain updates as needed.
