Job Description:

Lakeview Center is best known for its caring, compassionate treatment for people with mental health issues, drug and alcohol dependencies, or intellectual disabilities. The breadth and depth of these services are the most comprehensive in the region. They range from inpatient and residential treatment to a gamut of outpatient programs including trauma services, psychiatry, counseling, day treatment, and intensive, round-the-clock outpatient services to help people with severe mental illnesses safely remain in the community. We reach people of all ages from babies and children to adolescents and adults. In all, we offer more than 60 programs and services for the people of Northwest Florida.

Overview

Primary duty is exercising discretion and independent judgment in the performance of work as an internal consultant to LCI leadership by identifying, developing and implementing successful business processes to improve overall organizational results. Visibility and organization-wide communication is a key responsibility of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social services and 5 years of experience in delivery of direct services or management in the field.


• Working knowledge of CARF standards. Must have proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point.


• Must have experience in formal presentation development and delivery.


• Experiencing in facilitating effective meetings.


• Excellent writing skills.


• Have a strong understanding of state and federal regulations.
